We accept returns postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date.
Returns must be returned unworn, unwashed, with the original tags still attached. Items that are returned with obvious use, makeup or deodorant stains, perfume smells, or the like may be subject to rejection.
All returns will be for store credit only.
We do not accept returns on sale items.
We do not accept returns on accessories (jewelry, scarves, headbands, handbags, bralettes, etc.)
All returns must be mailed back to Erin & Co. with all original receipts.
Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed upon the arrival of your package.

We will send you a return form. Please fill out the return form, and include it in your package along with the original receipt and mail it back to the address on the form.

Erin & Co. accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Be sure to include your correct billing and shipping addresses at checkout.
Orders are typically processed with 24 hours if your order is received Tuesday through Friday before 2pm CST. Online orders are not processed on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.
Orders will be shipped via USPS in most cases.
